When you use the enquiry form on this site, your mail application opens a draft email addressed to the firm containing the name, email address, contact number and message you provided. The website itself does not transmit, store or process that information — it is sent only when you choose to press Send in your own email application.

How it is used

• To respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange an initial consultation.
• To keep a record of the engagement once a matter is accepted, in line with the firm's professional obligations.

What not to include

Please do not include sensitive medical details, case numbers or other third-party information in an initial enquiry. A brief outline of the nature of your matter is enough to begin a conversation — anything further can be discussed once contact is established and appropriate confidentiality arrangements are in place.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.

Your rights

You may ask at any time what information the firm holds about you, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted, subject to the firm's professional and legal record-keeping obligations.
